Dr. Sandra L. Waugh
Dr. Sandra L. Waugh graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1976. She completed a 2 year internship and residency in equine medicine and surgery at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine, earning a masters degree in Veterinary Science. After a career that has included an ambulatory equine practice and general small animal surgery, she became interested in veterinary dentistry.
In order to learn more about small animal dentistry, she attended the Animal Dental Training Center in Baltimore, Maryland, taking courses in Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology, Oral Surgery, Master Restoratives, Endodontics and masters courses in Orthodontics and crowns. This training center provides hands-on training under the direction of Dr. Ira Luskin, a board certified veterinary dentist. In addition, she has attended the Veterinary Dental Forum every year since 2006. The forum provides 3 days of lectures and hands-on laboratories and provides "total immersion" in veterinary dentistry.

Dr. Sarah Bronko
Dr. Bronko graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013, where she was a member of the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honors Society. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Bronko received her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. She worked for eight years as a small animal general practitioner in White River Junction, Vermont before transitioning to work at Windsor Pet Dental as a full time veterinary dentist.
While in general practice Dr. Bronko noticed the resounding difference that treatment of dental disease made in her patients’ overall health and happiness, and the great improvement in quality of life that they experienced. What a joy it was to hear that a 14-year old cat was “a kitten again!” after having painful teeth removed, along with countless similar stories of pets of all ages who underwent dental surgery. Dr. Bronko went on to participate in advanced hands-on training courses with board-certified veterinary dentists Dr. Brett Beckman of the International Veterinary Dental Institute, and Dr. Ira Luskin of the Animal Dental Training Center, along with many hours of didactic continuing education, before joining Windsor Pet Dental. Dr. Bronko believes that she has found the best job in the world, helping relieve pets from dental pain every day, and educating pet owners and other veterinarians about the importance of preventative and therapeutic dental care. Dr. Bronko is also passionate about making your pet’s experience at the vet as calm and stress-free as possible - she is a certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian and is also Fear Free certified for both dogs and cats.
Dr. Bronko lives in South Woodstock, Vermont with her husband, Ben, and their two rescue cats: Cubby, a tail-less tabby from Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society; and Zoe, whose life-saving weight loss program is documented on Instagram (@getting.fit.with.zoe). Even though Dr. Bronko would be content performing dental surgery every day of the week, in her spare time she enjoys cooking and baking for her family and coworkers, gardening, going to the movies, and playing tennis.

Faith Gasparrini, Receptionist / Secretary
Faith is a graduate of The University of New Hampshire, with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Environmental Science. She completed her senior thesis after studying family dynamics between those living on the Amazon River and the City of Iquitos, along with the impacts of deforestation on the Yanayacu Tributary in Peru. However, the sighting of a three-toed sloth and many pink dolphins were among the highlights of her trip! Post grad she wrote an Anthology about the relationships between family members and their loved ones afflicted by Alzheimer’s.
Faith grew up in New York and had what her Father called a “menagerie” of pets- from fish to turtles to bunnies. All she ever wanted was a kitten. However, their family cat would never allow another feline in the house. So, it seems, her parents overcompensated.
Faith spent over ten years working for The Crested Butte Newspaper in Colorado and served 4 years on the Crested Butte Town Council. After a move to California where she worked as a Dental Assistant (for humans), and freelanced as a Voice-Over artist, she decided to move back to New England to be closer to her growing family - she is now a Great Aunt 5x’s over.
Back in New England, and after 5 years as a Receptionist /Secretary in the ICU at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Faith is thrilled to have joined the Windsor Pet Dental team in the fall of 2021. She has experienced first hand how poor dental hygiene for animals, (as well as humans), is a fundamental factor between poor and good overall health. Now she is right at home (on so many levels) surrounded by dogs, cats and a dedicated group of co-workers.
She lives and works in Windsor, Vermont. She loves to read, watch movies, garden, play with her Grand- Nieces and Nephew and has two wonderful rescue kitties to call her own.
